About Dr. Parkinson
As an orthodontist, Dr. Parkinson is specially trained in the art of straightening teeth and creating beautiful smiles. Dr. Parkinson completed his dental training at Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska, after which he completed two years of advanced training in orthodontics at Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas. The recipient of numerous scholastic awards during his training, Dr. Parkinson demonstrates the same level of dedication and passion for orthodontics in the treatment of his patients. Dr. Parkinson takes an active role in meeting and exceeding the standards of his profession. He is an active member of the American Association of Orthodontists, Washington State Dental Association and the Benton-Franklin Dental Society. Dr. Parkinson is committed to maintaining a state-of-the-art facility, utilizing the most current technologies available. To remain up to date with the latest advancements in orthodontics, Dr. Parkinson and his staff frequently attend continuing education seminars.
In addition to his professional activities, Dr. Parkinson enjoys spending time with his wife, Heather, and their four children: Haley, Brendon, McKenna and Madi. Together they sponsor and participate in local youth sports and enjoy the great outdoors. Dr. Parkinson is an avid hunter, fisherman and scuba diver.
